We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join a team of 5 Recruiters and 4 Researchers. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, interact with C-level, improve current processes and create new ones.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists
- Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
- Full-cycle recruitment process experience
- Knowledge of IT domain specifics and job market
- Experience in communication with foreign clients
- Intermediate level of written and conversational English
Personal qualities:
- A self-driven person, who can manage their own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
- Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing
- Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
- Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation
- Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams daily
- Mentoring team members
- Work with recruitment documentation
- Process improvement
- Team workload and priorities coordination
