● Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented
● Hands-on experience with Pardot implementation
● Deep understanding of Salesforce administration and/or a background in Salesforce Consulting
● At least one of the following Salesforce Certifications are preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, Lightning App Builder)
● Ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Salesforce, coupled with the knowledge of choosing the most effective option for a customer
● Effective and structured presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
● Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
● Azure DevOps or Jira experience
● CPQ, Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud Certifications
