Requirements:
Min 1-year experience in a commercial law area.
Professional Legal English at the Upper-Intermediate level. Ability to understand, communicate and write.

Responsibilities:
Taking part in сompanies formation and maintenance in EU;
Bank and Merchant accounts opening support;
IP related transactions;
TM registration;
IP agreements;
Taking part in business structuring and tax risk assessment;
KYC and Compliance procedures;
Communication with customers, handling business correspondence;
Conducing researches on legal matters and creating legal opinion:
Drafting different type of agreements.
