Digital Marketing Manager for the one of the product lines in the consumer and business electronics segment of EMEA markets.

The role of the position: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to take a lead role on building of both digital and offline brand. Products presence, covering all aspects including website management, applications management, SEO, social media marketing, content creation and direct marketing, integrating these efforts via all marketing routes and channels. Convey the brand, solutions and product image & value to the buyer.

Main tasks:

  • Work closely with the entire team on an effective digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, social media, website, e-commerce, applications and rich content;
  • Develop the digital & physical brand whilst also managing the hands-on execution of the brand strategy across digital & physical channels;
  • All aspects of digital & offline marketing for the organization
  • Assist the other members of the team in integrating digital with offline marketing activities;
  • Take a hands-on approach on content curation, creation, sourcing and developing effective and engaging content marketing assets;
  • Maximizing opportunities for driving traffic to the website via Search engine optimization;
  • Overseeing paid advertising campaigns via Google Adwords and paid social, and other CPA activities;
  • Responsible, and accountable for leading digital marketing plans for the business;
  • Tracking of success against KPI’s and spend, reporting monthly on effectiveness;
  • Strategizing and leading campaigns across SEO, PPC, Email, Affiliate;
  • Analysis and optimization of data and results across all digital marketing activities;
  • Leading the marketing for the new ecommerce platform, maximizing web performance, applications, link architecture and building organic brand strength.


  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (personal or work);
  • A broad digital background with skills using a variety of different channels;
  • Experienced in both strategy development and hands-on execution;
  • A real passion for technology and interest in the digital, smart devices and solutions sector;
  • Good knowledge of English (Russian language knowledge is an advantage);
  • Good Excel skills;
  • Good understanding of online metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
  • Comprehension of traffic sources, unique visitors, user paths, funnels, conversions, and attribution;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
