Required skills:

Experience in product development from scratch (full NPI cycle), preferably electronics. Understanding of the production cycle and production quality control processes. Experience in controlling product development at all stages (Requirements specifications development, Requirements management, Software and Firmware development, Integration with cloud software, Hardware development and Manufacturing, Quality assurance)

Fluency in spoken and written English is required

Negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette, excellent communication skills.

Experience with manufacturing factories in China and Taiwan.

Your responsibilities:

Management of product development from concept to mass production

Participation in the formation of product and technical requirements for the product together with customers and / or the project team, direct management of the development process (New Product Introduction, NPI) and launch of production, coordination of production quality control and certification

Building the project ecosystem, participating in negotiations, negotiating and concluding contracts with contractors.

Coordination of project development (Requirements management, Software and Firmware development, ID and mechanical Design, Hardware development, Manufacturing, Quality assurance) and effective management of contractors and project partners.
