Join Artkai for an exciting international project in Dubai

Artkai is a design-driven IT outsourcing and consulting company specializing in building digital products for startups and enterprise clients worldwide.We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a high-impact international fintech project.

This role is ideal for designers who are already based in Dubai or for those who are ready to relocate there for a short-term business trip (approximately 2–3 months).

For candidates relocating temporarily, all travel and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by Artkai.

About the Project

You’ll be joining a large-scale international fintech ecosystem that serves millions of users across multiple regions and operates under numerous financial regulations worldwide.

The platform combines several financial products, including digital trading, investment services, cryptocurrencies, tokenized real-world assets, and enterprise financial solutions. The product ecosystem processes high volumes of transactions and includes sophisticated dashboards, trading interfaces, onboarding flows, reporting tools, and compliance-driven user journeys.

This is a product with complex business logic, extensive data visualization, and enterprise-level UX challenges where thoughtful design directly impacts business performance and user experience.

Please note: previous experience designing products in fintech, trading, banking, investment platforms, cryptocurrency, payments, or other highly regulated financial domains is required.

Role at a Glance

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team for a challenging B2B fintech project. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process — from discovery to high-fidelity UI — translating highly complex workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Define UX strategy and craft user journeys for dashboards, onboarding flows, and transaction-heavy interfaces.
• Conduct research and usability testing, validating solutions with real users.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma.
• Build and evolve a design system for consistent, scalable interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design excellence.

You Should Have

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise-level platforms.
• Hands-on experience in fintech, banking, trading, crypto, investment, payments, or other regulated financial products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX flows and polished UI work.
• Confidence in solving data-rich dashboard and workflow design challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience building scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to start in the near future.
