About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and work on an exciting project for a prominent financial services organization. This is a remote opportunity where you’ll be working directly with our international client to enhance their Salesforce ecosystem and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The project involves working with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, focusing on optimizing business processes and creating scalable solutions that support the organization’s operational excellence and customer experience goals.

Key Requirements

Experience & Expertise:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with demonstrated success in enterprise-level implementations
• Strong specialization in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms with deep understanding of their capabilities and best practices
• Proven track record of building and optimizing Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) for scalable business process automation

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Apex programming including Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers, and comprehensive Test Classes
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security framework (Org-Wide Defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules), and platform governance including limits and best practices
• Extensive experience with custom object design, relationship modeling, and data structure optimization
• Proficiency in Lightning component development (both Aura Framework and Lightning Web Components)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce REST APIs and integration patterns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Upper-intermediate English level (B2+) for effective client communication and documentation
