We are expanding our sales department and are looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager. You will communicate extensively with potential clients, handle their project inquiries, and prepare customized proposals and presentations after introductory calls. Excellent email writing skills are preferred. It is also essential to be able to conduct detailed research on potential clients and their businesses to find a personalized and personalized approach.

The Requirements:

— Experience in IT sales (at least two years); understanding of both outsourcing and outstaffing models (communication, estimation, pitching, negotiations, and closing the deals: you’ve done it before, and you are good at it);

— Strong communication skills and English (you write emails and documents without any mistakes and can talk to natives without irritating them);

— Out of the box thinking (not just working by templates, but being able to analyze potential clients data, search for signals/newsbreaks to write converting emails and messages. Being to be persistent without being pushy or annoying, stay in touch);

— Good sales management skills (you can effectively manage a pre-sale team to gather project requirements and estimate the scope of work);

— Flexibility and ability to adapt (you are not afraid to fail and quickly learn from it; you also know how to deal with high workload and manage several tasks and clients in parallel);

— You like what you do; you are open to learning new things and achieving your goals;

— Good performance when working remotely, during war, power outages, and anything else that will happen this winter.


— To cover inbound sales activities (intro calls, presentations and offer preparations, participation in closing the deal with Senior Sales and Head of Sales);

— Managing the estimation process of the potential customers’ requests (the team of Business Analysts, Lead Designer, CTO, and Developers will assist you);

— Maintaining a follow-up routine (you will have a hundred of warm leads in CRM, you should keep them remember of you);

— Maintaining your tasks, deals, and contacts up to date in CRM (we use Hubspot);

— Lots of follow-up emails and conversations with the prospects that you previously have met on intro calls (creating and maintaining long-term communication).
