We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist (SDR) to strengthen the Lead generation department who will be working close and reporting to Demand Generation Manager. The main tasks are manual written communication with prospects (Email, Linkedin and other channels), moving the leads through the sales funnel, closing/converting warm replies to the intro calls, handling the appointments and CRM (Hubspot).
Target Market: Europe, DACH and Scandinavian countries, Benelux, Asia
Target Industry: banking, fintech, real estate, marketplaces, crypto, NFT
— Upper-intermediate English is a must (written)
— from 1Y of experience in pre-sales, SDR or outreach specialist positions
— Ability to maintain good sales written communication to convert warm replies to the intro calls
— Ability to handle communication from 20+ mailboxes and 10+ social media accounts on a daily basis
— Out of the box thinking (Not just working by templates, but being able to analyze prospects data, search for signals / newsbreaks to write converting emails and messages).
— Understanding of IT technologies, and sales processes
— Team player and a quick learner
— Good performance while working remotely
— Handling the written communication with potential customers (replied from different outbound channels) to convert warm replies to the intro calls
— Arranging intro/demo calls, sending follow ups and notifications before call
— Work with CRM system (we use Hubspot)
— Working with portfolios, presentations
— Writing a good sales copy
