We are extending our sales team and looking for a full-cycle Business Development Manager to join us. You’ll be handling lots of inbound requests, intro calls, and managing an estimation team to prepare and present detailed project offers. This position does not require cold calling or prospecting.
— experience in IT sales (at least two years); understanding of both outsourcing and outstaffing models (communication, pitching, negotiations, and closing the deals: you’ve done it before and you are good at it)
— strong communication skills and English (you write emails and documents without mistakes and can talk to natives without irritating them)
— strong presentation and negotiation skills (ability to carefully listen, clearly express your thoughts, and ask relevant questions both with clients and internal team)
— you look good and sound good on video calls; you understand how the sales process works in IT, and you kind of love it
— flexibility and ability to adapt (you are not afraid to fail and quickly learn from it; you also know how to deal with high workload and manage several tasks and clients in parallel);
— you like what you do; you are open to learning new things and achieving your goals
— Big plus: understanding of business processes (you understand how different digital businesses work, it helps you to identify clients’ needs, ask the right questions on intro calls, and advise how your team can help)
— full-cycle inbound sales (intro calls, gathering requirements together with Business Analyst, estimation team management, offer & post-offer negotiations, handover of a won project from sales to kick-off, upselling)
— maintaining your deals and contacts up to date in CRM (we use Hubspot),
— lots of follow up emails and chats with the prospects that you previously have met on intro calls (creating and maintaining long-term communication)
