We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our clients and software development teams into the future. From researching progressive software solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of effective solutions in an ever-changing business and technological landscape.

Project description

You will join the development team for one of our international projects originating from Israel and headquartered in Florida, USA. The project is operating in the FinTech industry and is managed by a team located in Lviv, Kyiv, and Tel Aviv.

You will be deeply involved in all major decision-making processes, have exposure to the key stakeholders, and will be able to directly contribute to the product development strategy with no middleman around. The whole communication within the team is based in English, which will also be a great opportunity to improve and practice your soft skills.

The team sets a goal to use modern technologies in all aspects of software development, so you unlikely will be bored with a selection of technologies to work with.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis (primarily, in the software development area)
• Proven analytical abilities
• Proven requirements management skills
• Practical experience generating process documentation (BMPN, UML), as well as defining user workflows
• Excellent communicator and fluent English
• Experience working in an agile team
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Drive identification of requirements across our projects portfolio, as well as identify system problems, and lead the implementation of appropriate solutions
• Determine and develop user requirements for software solutions to ensure maximum usability
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
• Create and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking solutions that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of project development
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients for optimized software solutions
