The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the planning of related features and execution throughout the feature life cycle, including: managing the development team, analyzing features’ requirements, collaboration with management and other departments for getting goals to be met. The Technical Product Owner’s job also includes ensuring that each feature supports the product scope and strategy.

The Technical Product Owner is expected to:

• Мanage the priorities and team workload.
• Coordinate team planning.
• Act as a leader within the development team.
• Coordinate internal resources for execution of backlog tasks in-time.
• Participate in product backlog managing.
• Manage features from research phase to the moment (status) of done.
• Participate in release planning.
• Review requested functionality before releasing to Production.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Help other departments with delivering developed features to customers.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in IT and 2 years experience in PO or PM role.
• Basic knowledge in web technologies, CSS and development life cycle.
• Experience in a job in the Gaming market will be a big plus.
• Experience in participating in web clients development will be a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Іntermediate level of English or higher.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in a creating specifications or other technical documentation will be a plus.
• To be able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
