Requirements:
- English. Intermediate or Upper-intermediate (B1-B2).
- Experience with CRM-systems.
- Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Docs).
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation on freelance platforms;
- Qualification of the potential customers based on ICP;
- Compose cover letters for clients on different channels;
- First contact with the potential clients;
- Add client`s information to CRM;
- Understanding of KPIs and Hitting your leadgen quota;
- Close cooperation with the Sales Manager;
- Own the necessary knowledge about the expertise of an agency and provide clients with best-matching portfolio examples based on their requirements.
As a plus:
- Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies;
- Experience with Upwork /Linkedin/Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
- Experience in Research / Lead generation / SDR;
- Basic knowledge of IT industry (Services, Solutions).
