Product description
The project focuses on healthcare and involves a forum designed exclusively for doctors. This forum serves as a platform for doctors to exchange their experiences, seek advice from one another, develop a community, and find answers to their questions based on past discussions. It provides a valuable space for medical professionals to learn from each other and grow together.
We’re working on the forum redesign, improving the existing features, and adding new ones. The improved forum is planned to be launched in new Scandinavian markets in addition to the existing ones.
Additionally, the aim is to connect the platform with other services of the organization.
What you need:
🔸 Proven experience in managing outsourcing IT projects (3+ years)
🔸 Upper-Intermediate English (written, spoken)
🔸 Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and organizational skills
🔸 Strong experience in managing medium/large projects in a web application or mobile development area
🔸 Experience with Agile methodologies
🔸 Team management experience
What you will do:
⚡️ Lead the project using Agile methodology
⚡️ Lead communications with all project team members (developers, QA, product owners)
⚡️ Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices
⚡️ Conduct daily stand-up meetings, control the speed of development and reporting
⚡️ Preparation of documents and releases
⚡️ Improvement and optimization of the current project management process
⚡️ To participate in the discussion of requirements and acceptance criteria
