Account Manager


We are looking for account manager who will help us to develop relationships with our key clients. Our ideal candidate is eager to bring value to our customers and ready to be servant leader for them. An Account Manager is responsible for the relationships we have with particular clients. The key liaison between the organisation and the clients they look after, an Account Manager walks the line between business goals and client needs.
Account management is a post-sales function focused on nurturing a company’s relationship with existing clients in a B2B sales environment.

Who you are:

At least 2 years of account management experience;
Knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to self manage and prioritize day-to-day tasks;
Capacity to maintain a high volume of concurrent projects/tasks;
Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
Ability to understand technical formulations;
Understanding of software development services and industries;
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Comfortable negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections.

Being familiar with SaaS will be a plus.

What you will do:

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders through consistent and open lines of communication;
Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth;
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively and finding value in the service;
Identify growth opportunities within named accounts while ensuring high renewal rates;
Invoicing and tracking of timely payment
Analyzing client’s account data in order to increase revenue;
Researching the needs inside the current customer’s organization;
Developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);
Taking care of client’s satisfaction.
