Information Security Technical Writer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an Information Security Technical Writer to join our product team.

eSputnik is an omni-channel marketing automation system for B2C. We help retail, e-commerce, online services and SaaS companies communicate with their customers through a variety of channels, increasing sales and loyalty levels. Our mission is to make professional marketing simple.

You will be a core part of the product team and working closely with engineering, product support and marketing as well as consumers to prepare technical and end user documentation for our software.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and proofread written information security content
• Communicate with internal and external information security policies and standards stakeholders
• Process review
• Documentation review and updates
• Support security audit and certification processes
• Provide analysis and materials in support of meetings
• Coordinate stakeholder input, fact-checking, and integration of written text and graphic design
• Independently research information security policies, standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in technical writing (or as QA, Technical Support)
• At least upper-intermediate level of English (with solid writing skills)
• Ability to write well-structured and understandable documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cyber and information security concepts
