About Ardas

Ardas was established in 2005 with a focus on database design, data analysis and processing solutions, business process optimization.

2009 The company increased its staff and extended its customer geography to the EU countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Austria.

2012 Ardas successfully launched its first SaaS startup — Email marketing automation platform, and two years later our company became a co-owner of Softcube Recommendations Platform.

2017 We launched our second SaaS startup in the marketing field — Stripo Email Template Builder which is now one of the most famous and advanced email builders in the world.

2020 We are more than 190 engineers now and we plan to have 35% growth this year. In addition, we are expecting to launch two more startups with our UK partners this year.

The Role

— Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will be 100% focused on the customer, responsible for defining and delivering Ardas’ global growth and marketing strategy across all sales channels

— You are a strategic and analytical leader, who has proven experience of driving customer acquisition and retention through marketing activities

— Define a company-wide growth plan so we can deliver on our revenue targets, prioritising customer engagement, enhancing the customer experience, and driving customer loyalty and advocacy

— Work cross-functionally to deliver on the growth plan, ensuring collaboration across different marketing channels and functions

— Continually optimise the plan to reduce CAC while working with functions to maximise revenue

— Iterate and run growth tests in new channels

— Develop and monitor all stages in the customer acquisition pipeline, including all online marketing, customer insights, customer segmentation and retention strategies

— Act as a role model for our values and ambassador for our business

Requirements

— You have gained solid experience of delivering rapid growth within a global B2B scale-up or outsourcing development

— You are able to demonstrate your growth skills from your previous record of scaling customer acquisition, activation and retention

— Proven experience of building and leading engaged and high performing teams, demonstrating the Ardas’ culture and values

— Track record of success in setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy

— Exceptional data analysis skills to inform growth strategies, and adept at understanding cultural nuances and opportunities of a global offering (i.e. local marketing for a global framework)

— Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs

— Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices

— Excellent understanding of the brand, market and competitors

— Excellent communicator, able to convey messages simply and effectively

— Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once

— Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and ambiguous start-up environment

— Pragmatic with a healthy dose of humour
