Requirements:

Extremely developed abilities to write clean code
Expert knowledge of Java
Proficient in SQL
Strong communication skills
BS+ degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Bonus points:

Experience of architecture work on high traffic applications
Troubleshooting experience in Linux environment
Scripting, programming knowledge and command line usage on Linux/Unix
Any Amazon AWS related experience
Experience with NoSQL databases and large data sets
Experience with other languages — Python, Ruby, Scala, C/C++, etc.
