Responsibilities
— Elaborate on the existing content strategy to boost engagement aligning it with short-term and long-term marketing targets
— Monitor trends in our target domains (automotive, healthcare, fintech), generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention, collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and sales managers to create promotional concepts
— Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality and clarity of messaging, edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts and liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
— Optimize content according to SEO, user behavior and engagement rate
— Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
— Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
— Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Requirements
— Work experience as a Content manager/Marketing manager.
— Proven record of creating effective content for specific audiences and meeting deadlines
— Creativity and leadership skills. Proven experience of managing distributed teams of
— Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns. Focused on sales conversion and content relevance KPIs.
— Understanding of content formats (articles/e-books/webinars/SMM content) and marketing tactics (SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing)
— Excellent writing skills in English
— Good organizational and time-management skills
