I’ve been part of the ArboStar team for over a year now, and it continues to be a really positive experience. What stands out the most is the team. Smart, supportive, easy to communicate with, and always open to ideas. There’s a good balance of professionalism and humor, which makes the day-to-day enjoyable. I like that people here really listen to each other. I feel that my opinion matters and that I’m genuinely appreciated as part of the team. The tasks are always different, which keeps things interesting, and it’s also cool to work with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. Like in any workplace, there are occasional challenges. What matters is that the team is open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve.
