Обов’язки

— Onboard new customers;
— Follow-up on renewal and expansion — keep track on customer lifecycle and follow up on their contracts the goal is to increase customer revenue;
— Provide internal and external training, introduce new features and content;
— According to the customer needs advise best practices and solutions;
— Encourage upsells and cross-sells to the existing customers — reach out directly to the customer and explain why additional purchase will be helpful and how business can benefit from it;
— Be the voice of the customer — organize, analyze and share information and feedback; provided from customer to other departments, ensuring that company decisions are always considering the voice of customers;
— Keeping up to date with any product updates, release, processes and making sure its documented and communicated to the customer;
