Responsibilities:

• Make animated creative ads for mobile games;
• Control the visual quality of mobile game ads;
• Control if the video matches the task description;
• Share the feedback with remote employees timely;
• Estimate the tasks;
• Collaborate with other teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in managing the team of remote motion designers;
• Experience in working as a Motion Designer in mobile game industry;
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender;
• Experience in working with remote employees;
• Understanding of the pipeline of creating motion design and videos;
• Knowledge of production processes, editing, directing, screenwriting;
• Understanding of the principle metrics for assessing the creatives and visual approaches that depend on them;
• Proactivity and responsible work attitude;
• Communicative skills;
• Financial literacy, ability to assess the task;
• Stress resistance;
• Experience in working with Jira, Asana;
• Passion for mobile games.
