Backend Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Backend Team Lead (NodeJS) to form a team of Ukrainian developers for our customer. We look for engineers, who can solve complex engineering tasks, they like to grow people, and always happy about the desires of growth.

Our customer is not a legacy company, all people, who join, have possibility to do input to technical staff and company processes.

Technical Stack: JavaScript (TypeScript) and micro service architecture, ReactJS + TypeScript, React Context, Hooks API, NodeJS + TypeScript, some services use NestJS, AWS, MongoDB, GraphDb.

The working process is based on Scrum, all technical solutions, which they want to implement first if they started from design review.

As a Backend Team Lead you will be responsible for

• Lead the architecture, technical design, and development of the web and data-intensive applications
• Coordinate between the product and your team to scope, estimate, plan, test, and deliver end-to-end complex features
• Be a leader. Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience (team at least of 3 developers)
• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience NodeJS / Typescript
• Experience with microservices
• Proven experience in REST API
• High communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Hands-on experience with DBs — Mongo/MySql/Redis
• 2 years experience in React/Angular/Vue (React is preferred)

The product is the only solution in the world that conducts a security audit at the CI / CD stage of the application code, and all application interactions. Due to the fact that they have only implemented a very small part of what they plan, they are developing and growing.
