We’re Applyft, a Ukrainian product company. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator product, which was launched in 2015. Now, we have a portfolio of products in various categories such as lifestyle, education, photo & video, and entertainment. We’re proud to have a 5M monthly active user base and to show 20% QoQ revenue growth.

We’re expanding our horizons and have decided to build a new venture in the Mental Health niche. Our mission is to build a product that helps people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives.

The startup is currently at the early-stage phase. This is an incredible opportunity to join a new business as a Product Manager, be among the first colleagues, and have limitless career prospects with the potential to grow into a C-level manager role and take responsibility for significant parts of the business.

What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of the MVP product development from the the competitors research and scoping to funnels refinement and payment gateway integration;
• Develop the product from the ground up, actively participating in the strategy formulation and implementation (initially Web, with future plans for an App);
• Generate and test hypotheses to enhance product and monetization metrics;
• Search constantly for actionable product insights from analytical data to guide development and marketing efforts.
• Assemble and lead a product team, including content managers, designers, and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.;

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products from scratch in Tier1 markets;
• Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses;
• Knowledgeable in A/B testing and demonstrated success with effective initiatives bringing measurable results;
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information;
• High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details;
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
