User Acquisition Specialist (Media Buyer) (вакансія неактивна)

We are on a mission to become the world’s leading growth partner for digital app owners.

About the role:

We’re looking for an A-player who is motivated to grow and learn. You will work as a User Acquisition Manager alongside our team. You will be responsible for the accounts of our clients and get involved in promoting Applica’s products.

Key Tasks?

  • Execute campaign creation & management on the biggest paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.);
  • Compile & analyze acquired data;
  • Perform competitor research to improve clients’ performance;
  • Participation in discussions and brainstorms of new ideas for different mobile products;
  • Manage creatives & media buyers team at some point

Skills and experience?


  • Experience executing positive ROI campaigns of over $1m per year for subscription-based apps;
  • 3+ years of experience in Media Buying;
  • Mobile Apps experience;
  • Data compilation;
  • Operate efficiently in Google Sheets / BI;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (min. B2);
  • MMP & SKAN experience;
  • Managed team of 3+;
  • Strategic thinking and approach.

What would your typical workday look like:

  • Deep dives into analytics and user segmentation.
  • Competitors’ research.
  • Hypothesis generation, ideation.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and creative production teams.
  • Occasional presentations to the stakeholders.
  • Strategizing and goals for the project
