We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who treats finding people as a craft — and uses every tool available to do it faster and smarter. That means going beyond LinkedIn’s first page, writing outreach that actually gets replies, and leveraging AI to automate the repetitive so you can focus on what humans do best. If you get quiet satisfaction from cracking a hard search and landing a reply from a passive candidate who “never responds” — you’ll fit right in.

You will:

  • Go beyond active applicants — use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche communities, and creative approaches to surface high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Proactively map talent for current and future needs, keeping pipelines warm so recruiters always have qualified candidates ready to engage — not just a cold list of names.
  • Write personalized, compelling messages that stand out in a crowded inbox — tailored to each candidate’s background and genuinely interesting to read.
  • Integrate AI tools into your daily sourcing workflow — from generating Boolean strings and candidate summaries to drafting and A/B testing outreach sequences at scale.
  • Build lightweight automations using tools to enrich candidate data, trigger follow-up sequences, and eliminate manual work that slows the pipeline down.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the recruiting team to understand role requirements deeply, calibrate on candidate profiles, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and pipeline data — and use those signals to improve sourcing strategies and bring relevant market intelligence to the team.


We’ll have a match if you:

  • 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a product or tech environment
  • Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative sourcing techniques beyond job boards
  • Actively uses AI tools to speed up search, draft outreach, and generate sourcing strategies — not just occasionally, but as a daily habit
  • Experience with tools like PeopleGPT, Metaview, Wandify or similar — or a strong willingness to learn and build lightweight workflows independently
  • Writes personalized, human messages that generate real responses from passive candidates
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches at once without losing quality or attention to detail
  • Tracks their own funnel metrics and uses them to improve, not just report
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher — able to source and communicate effectively in global markets
