We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who doesn’t just fill roles — but thinks like a business partner, moves fast, and knows how to find exceptional people before anyone else does.

If you’re someone who treats recruitment as a craft, thrives in a fast-paced product environment, and wants real impact — not just a headcount to hit — you’ll fit right in.

You will:

Collaborate closely with business leaders to translate their goals into targeted recruitment strategies and build the talent pipelines needed to support their teams’ growth.

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer — ensuring every candidate interaction is consistent, thoughtful, and leaves a lasting positive impression.

Continuously grow and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates worldwide, ensuring the organization always has access to top-tier talent across markets.

Drive proactive sourcing initiatives and talent mapping exercises that both strengthen candidate pipelines and deliver meaningful market insights to business stakeholders.

Contribute to recruitment projects and training initiatives that raise the quality of hiring practices across the organization and embed a culture of thoughtful talent decisions.

We’ll have a match if you:

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with global or multi-region exposure;

• Proven track record owning the end-to-end hiring process independently;

• Ability to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies;

• Comfortable influencing and advising hiring managers at all levels;

• Skilled in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing techniques beyond job boards;

• Experience using recruitment metrics and market data to guide decisions and present insights;

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously;

• Upper-intermediate level of English
