Your project: AdConnect.

It is a business within appflame that specializes in building innovative solutions in performance marketing and scaling dating products.

Our performance marketing areas: Ad & Affiliate Networks, Comparison & Review Websites, Social Media Advertising.

Within these areas, we help businesses from around the world acquire new customers through Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and more. We also develop our own advertising network and AdTech solutions.


You will:

Facilitate partner onboarding and efficient usage of product features.
Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure they meet KPIs.
Improve partners’ performance by using the existing KPIs and developing new ones.
Negotiate terms of cooperation and payment rates with partners.
Conduct market research to stay on the top of the latest trends.
Gather partners’ feedback and participate in continuous product improvement.
Help partners optimize their operations to make them more efficient.
Resolve issues related to payments, fines etc.
Work in close cooperation with Product, Operations, Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Have an opportunity to become a Regional Manager.


We’ll have a match if you have:

Knowledge of Spanish, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).
1+ years of experience in B2B, online platforms, product businesses.
Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel, you’ll deal with data a lot.
We hate micromanagement. You are a self-starter who works efficiently, generates & prioritizes tasks without being told what to do.
Successful experience in cultivating and managing relationships with partners/clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.
Proven ability to address systemic issues through problem-solving.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.


Will be an advantage:

Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Tableau will be a plus.
Understanding of product metrics, KPIs and OKRs
Experience in social discovery/dating.
