We’re searching for a passionate Facebook User Acquisition Manager to be the first in our team dedicated to social media by marketing. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, this could be the perfect role for you — with the potential to grow into a Team Lead position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
● Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.
● Conduct competitors’ research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
● Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life.
From you:
● A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
● At least one year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
● Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
● Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
● Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API.
● Experience managing >30k budgets in verticals with high competition.
● English B2 and higher.
● Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
● Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries.
Will be an advantage:
● Experience in Dating Vertical and Tier-1 markets.
● Strong technical skills in tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum) and their APIs.
