Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.
You will:
● Launch and effectively optimize new advertising campaigns on the Meta Ads platform, including Mobile App and W2A ads (Tier-1 markets);
● Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results to ensure goals and KPIs are achieved;
● Work closely with the team to continuously improve product metrics and user journeys: Creative team, Product team, Analytics team;
● Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results;
● Collaborate with partners to deepen knowledge and improve outcomes to achieve set goals;
● Conduct competitive research to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
From you:
● At least two years as a UA Manager, Media Buyer, focusing on Meta Ads. Mobile Acquisition in iGaming/Dating/Health&wellness niche;
● Proven experience in successfully scaling a product to a minimum monthly spend of $100K;
● Hands-on experience managing Web to App Campaigns and App Manual Acquisition;
● Experience working with both Android and iOS platforms;
● Proficient in using Tableau or other analytical tools;
● Experience with Adjust or similar attribution platforms;
● Initiative and the ability to independently resolve issues;
● High level of responsibility in task execution;
● Ability to quickly respond and adapt to changes;
● Upper-Intermediate English level.
Will be an advantage:
● Understanding the changes in media buying/performance marketing based on iOS 14.5+ and SKAdNetwork solutions;
● Experience with automatization of User Acquisition on Meta;
● Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Amplitude etc.) and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc);
● Experience with w2a/w2w (web 2 app / web 2 web).
