The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 31 million users, 2.1 million reactions daily, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.


You will:

Search, verify, and foster strong relationships with content creators, providing support, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive and collaborative partnership;
Create ad integrations together with the creative team;
Systematically search for content creators and provide creative content for marketing activities to attract users on our networks;
Evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality of content submitted by creators to ensure it meets our requirements and platforms’ policies;
Track and analyze data to optimize the direction, strategy, and value of influencer content;
Develop and launch campaigns with influencers on TikTok and other platforms (focus on the USA);
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, relevant technical tools, platforms, and emerging content creators to maintain a competitive edge in content acquisition.


From you:

1 year of experience in the relevant area;
Fluent in oral and written English;
Excellent communication and organizational skills, effective communication and negotiations;
Understanding of all stages of working with influencers: strategic planning, profile analysis, implementation of campaigns, and evaluation of results;
Creative thinking;
Proactivity;
Negotiation skills;
Fluent knowledge of TikTok and main social networks’ content guidelines and trends.


Will be an advantage:

Experience in influencer marketing/brand partnerships;
Experience in UGC creation;
Focus on constant development;
Taking initiative and offering ideas to increase brand visibility on social media;
Related studies or extracurricular courses.
