We develop our own products in a social network/lifestyle. Our products operate primarily in Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and are in the Top 5 App Store rankings in their categories.


Your tasks will be:

run performance marketing campaigns on TikTok;
work closely with design and creative team, test and implement new creative approaches;
run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights;
track, report, and analyze campaigns in depth by understanding the core problems/drivers of change.


What we expect from you:

1+ year of experience in performance marketing;
understanding of the creative production process for various types of media;
passion for problem-solving and desire to execute daily optimizations and increase overall performance;
self-starter, motivated, can-do attitude;
level English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.


Will be a plus:

understanding the changes in performance marketing based on iOS 14.5+ and SKAdNetwork solutions;
proven experience of launching marketing campaigns from scratch and scaling using lean budgets;
experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Amplitude etc.) and MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, etc);
experience in launching TikTok ads.
