Responsibilities:
• Perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, adaptation, retention, satisfaction, professional growth;
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to maintain engagement through regular communication;
• Keeping the relevant HR databases with employee’s records;
• Involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews, 360;
• Provide C&B services (Medical insurance, Corporate English lessons).

Requirements:
• 2+ year experience in HR Manager/People Partner role;
• Upper-intermediate English. Native Ukrainian;
• Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
• Desire to work with people.

Will be a plus:
• It will be great if you possess coaching experience;
• Experience in the IT industry.
