We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing HARMAN ADAS SBU team helping us in different aspects of project management: delivery management, processes establishment, project planning and execution monitoring, status reporting, release management and others.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with automotive projects management, 3+ years of experience as either Team Leader or Project Manager within complex software projects with a complete understanding of product development methodologies and hands-on experience in Agile/Waterfall environment. Competence in either SPICE or CMMI.
What You will Do:
- Ensure successful execution / delivery of assigned project area
- Orchestrate and steer all aspects of software development cycle within assigned project area
- Plan work scope, content, workload, schedule, and cost
- Communicate project / product status, Monitor customers satisfaction
- Participate in and reports and demo to customers
- Identify lessons learned, improve practices for future projects
- Negotiate and manage effective decisions to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the product to satisfy the needs and commitments of our clients
- Organize and manage distributed teams in a matrix structure
- Anticipate, track and address needs, interest, requests or inquiries from the stakeholders and the client and provide transparent, regular, and precise updates and progress reports
- Manage cross-functional communication across the teams
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related field combined with software engineering
