At AnyforSoft, we’re building a structured outbound function based on strong positioning, a clear value proposition, and GTM-driven hypothesis testing. We’re already running content, email, and LinkedIn campaigns — now we’re adding cold calling as a key channel.

We know our ICP well — their roles, pain points, and how they make decisions. So for us, cold calling isn’t about pushing a pitch — it’s about starting real conversations that help us understand the market and build a quality pipeline.

The goal is to make cold calling a consistent, system-driven channel within our outreach process — not a one-off tactic. The SDR we’re looking for won’t just “make calls” — they’ll help shape and scale a process that works.

What You’ll Do

  • Cold call daily at scale, initiating dozens of conversations
  • Build trust quickly and act as our first impression
  • Identify prospect pain points and uncover their real needs
  • Deliver concise, tailored pitches based on value
  • Handle objections with empathy and strategic thinking
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Continuously learn, improve, and grow through feedback and coaching
  • Earn performance-based bonuses without limits
  • Working hours — 10-19 CDT

What We’re Looking For

  • English fluency (B2—C1) with clear, confident speech and a neutral or light accent
  • High energy and strong personal ownership
  • Curiosity, discipline, and resilience in the sales process
  • Coachable mindset and desire to master the art of cold-calling
