Middle Sales Development Representative (вакансія неактивна)

AnyforSoft is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who can support our team in customer acquisition.

As an SDR, your daily tasks would involve pre-qualification of leads, LI activities (posts, building communication with your network), running outbound sales campaigns (via LI and email outreach), objection handling, and ultimately generating demo calls/getting RFP.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of sales experience (SDR, leadgen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales or BDR)
— Understanding of the IT service market and SDLS, solid understanding of sales funnel and possible lead generation channels
— Solid understanding of outreach sequencing strategy via email and LinkedIn, strong understanding of outbound lead generation best practices and procedures
— Ability to proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels
— Business correspondence skills, an intelligent approach to communication
— Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions
— Ability to anticipate and handle objections, dispel doubts
— Communication with the prospects brings you joy and fulfillment
— Proven track record as a Lead Gen (SDR) for the US-EU markets
— Experience with CRM software and lead generation automation tools
— Experience with institutional databases (e.g. Crunchbase), public access sites, and primary research skills
— Able to adapt to new tools and software
— Able to multi-task, and prioritize
— Ability to learn fast and grow in SDR direction
— Upper-Intermediate English and higher (if you have English test certificates like TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Test, you can send it to us and skip the English test stage)
