Whom we are looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in full cycle IT recruiting
— 2+ years of proven experience in leading recruitment teams
— Experience in measuring recruiting performance and metrics
— Proven experience in development and implementation of sourcing strategies, building processes in the recruiting department
— Proven experience in developing and setting recruitment KPIs
tracking and improvement
— Experience in management, mentoring, and coaching of the recruitment team
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
— Experience in negotiations with management
— Understanding of the full cycle of HR processes
— English level is intermediate or higher ( Proven experience of written and verbal communication)
— Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
— Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
— Analytical skills and keep attention to detail
— Proactive and result-oriented person
— Strong networking skills
What will you do?
— Recruiting process development, improvement and optimization
— Distribution and setting tasks in the recruiting team;
— Ensuring communication with hiring managers for understanding overall needs and solutions to current issues;
— Recruiting process management, team management
— Participation in the development of the recruiting team;
— Full cycle recruiting (except for active search);
— Monitoring team reporting to hiring managers
— Working with analytics: creation, reporting, up-to-date support.
— Providing weekly reports and planning the next scope;
— Monthly/ weekly metrics report management and development;
— Strategic recruiting.
— Participation in the analysis, improvement of the HR brand in the market.
— Working with the international market and having a primary focus on Western Europe and the US
