What will you do?
— Manage key HR-related processes within the company (onboarding, adaptation, development, retention) consult contractors and managers
— Consult line managers on People Management subjects, support on PM activities
— Collaborate with the Recruitment, Financial, and Operations teams on administrative tasks
— Coordinate regular 1n1s with the contractors to assess their satisfaction with work and how to improve it
— Participate in targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building
— Identify training/coaching needs of the team members. Help to organize training sessions
— Development and driving of key HR, HR Branding processes
— Implement HR metrics and analyze them to track the progress of HR initiatives, determine areas for improvements, and propose the solutions based on the collected data
— Work closely with a team office/event Managers to organize online/offline events and celebrations for the team
