— 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
— English upper-intermediate (Proven experience of written and verbal communication with English — speaking clients is a must)
— Experience in analysis and design of enterprise web and mobile applications
— Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, interaction scenarios, storyboards, etc.
— Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools
— Strong skills in Responsive Web Designs
— Experience in working closely with software development and product management teams to design and deliver digital products
— Strong knowledge of iOS and Android apps design guidelines.
— Experience in creating, implementing and supporting design processes and practices
— Ability to lead UX/UI design team
— Work with requirements
— Discuss technical solutions, advice and consult clients on the best choice
— Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, etc.
— Participate in designing and delivering great product
— Implement best practices and processes in UX/UI design processes
— Form and Lead design team to accomplish business goals
— Working with the international market and having a primary focus on Western Europe and the US
