— Excellent written and verbal communication skills (upper-intermediate English)
— Knowledge of Legal Documents: contract, SOW, NDA, invoice
— Knowledge of engagement models: T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated
— Knowledge of software development process
— Ability to see opportunities rather than issues
— Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
