— Search and reach out to potential candidates (very politely, without mentioning “friendly team” and “cookies” cliches)
— Screening of the candidates and manage the database
— Make onboarding process of new employees smooth
— Participate in developing and executing employee education plans
— Office management such as ordering foods when necessary
— Organizing corporate events
