AnvilEight is at an exciting stage of growth.
We’ve expanded up a development team and we are now in need of a sales manager.
As a salesperson, you will be involved in lead generation, lead qualification, composing proposals, closing deals and potentially post-sales procedures.
You’ll be given real autonomy and responsibility, as well as be able to contribute to offering improvements.
What to do:
— Generate leads from the various sources;
— Research new lead generation tactics;
— Qualify leads and reach out;
— Create proposals and negotiate with potential clients;
— Close deals;
— Optionally, suggest changes and develop marketing plans when needed.
— At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an IT outsourcing team;
— English level — Intermediate +;
— Experience with web development projects;
— Understanding the stages of software development.
These skills will also come in handy:
— Understanding of software requirements engineering.

The head office is located in Kharkiv while the new office in London is now being established.
