We are in search of a talented lead generation specialist to strengthen our sales team. Long story short, we expect you to be good at finding great leads.

Requirements:
✔ upper-intermediate English or higher
✔ excellent writing skills
✔ proficient in working with Google Spreadsheets
✔ the ability to focus on routine tasks and to provide tangible results
✔ responsible, attentive to details, team player

You’ll drive the full-cycle lead gen process.
Your main activities will be:
✔ generating MQLs based on clear ICPs you’ll be provided with (Upwork and outbound marketing)
✔ searching for potential projects/clients
✔ working with and setting up automated tools
✔ preparing outstaffing applicants for interviews
✔ participating in sales meetings and planning
✔ performing analysis and reports
✔ working hand in hand with other team members
