Business Development Manager / Sales (вакансія неактивна)

**We are in search of a talented sales manager to strengthen our sales team. Long story short, we expect you to be good at lead nurturing and closing.**

✔ fluent English
✔ 2+ years in B2B or B2C sales
✔ excellent verbal and writing skills
✔ ICP, BP, USP, MQL, CAC, ABM are your basic day-to-day tools and practices
✔ experience in working with small and medium businesses
✔ experience in working with clients from the US, UK, and Scandinavian countries
✔ the ability to focus on the current task and provide tangible results
✔ responsible, attentive to details, team player
✔ understanding web and mobile development processes would be a plus

You’ll drive the full-cycle sales process with data researcher on the team. Your main activities will be:
✔ closing the deals
✔ communicating with leads and nurturing them (inbound marketing + upwork)
✔ making commercial offers
✔ carrying out monthly/quarterly sales plan
✔ improving sales metrics
✔ improving sales artifacts (scripts, templates, guides, decks)
✔ working with Hubspot and automation tools
✔ working hand in hand with other team membersand
later if you’d like to:
✔ running outbound email/linkedin campaigns and generating MQLs
✔ performing analysis and reports
