Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Angle2, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for generating leads and nurturing client relationships to drive sales in our specialized UX/UI design services. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about technology and eager to establish a career in tech sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic lead generation on Upwork.
  • Engage, qualify leads, and set appointments for sales discussions.
  • Craft persuasive sales copy and cold emails to attract potential clients.
  • Manage lead tracking and follow-up sequences using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and articulate our service value.
  • Stay informed on UX/UI design and technology trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related agency or roles related to design, tech, or marketing.
  • Strong command of English (B2, C1 level).
  • Experience with sales copywriting and ChatGPT.
  • Proficiency in lead qualification, list building, and appointment setting.
  • Basic skills in Google Sheets.

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Understanding of SDLC.
  • Proven experience with software outsource/staffing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive or Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, Slack, and Zoom.
