• At least 3 years of experience as Recruiter in IT field (understanding of basics of the design & development process)
• Upper-intermediate English

• Excellent communication skills
• Gather requirements for the vacancy, write it and publish.
• Manage vacancies in Dou and Djinni and our website(!)
• Filter responses and sending the most suitable candidates to us
• Arrange interviews
• Keep communication with candidates during negotiations
• Checking candidates with their former companies
• Prepare and send offers
