ANDRОMEDA

I have been working in Andromeda for almost a year now, and I want to share my impressions:
— The first thing is, of course, the people! All the guys are real professionals, smart, highly qualified specialists, real personalities with a broad outlook, non-trivial approach to work, and a pleasure to deal with. I, as a recruiter, interact with the Leads of all departments, so I know what I am writing about firsthand :)
— I would also like to point out that everyone treats the development of the company as something of their own, personal — it is very inspiring and motivating to do the same! Apparently, this is due to the proximity of co-founders with all the guys :)
— It is probably very hard to find a more loyal and understanding company to its employees: in fact every person here has a separate approach and a separate solution
— In addition, the company always pays salaries on time + compensation for training, paid sick leave and vacations. The company also has bonuses for results. In general, what they promise at the start, that is in reality.
