My impression was initially shaped by the interview process, which was delightful due to the positive and energetic atmosphere of the company. Management really cares about your development and well-being. Throughout my training period, I received tons of support not only from my team manager but also from the rest of the team. This is truly a great company that values and takes care of its employees, offering limitless potential for professional growth.

I am working at Andromeda since December. And it is the best company in my experience.

I like everything—my tasks, my workspace, my colleagues, and my TOP management. I like the atmosphere of the team and the learning culture. I learned in Andromeda more than 2 years of work in other companies. I am glad that I became a part of this close-knit family. I like the professionalism with which we approach work, and I understand that this company has great prospects.

I have never understood my duties as well as here. I work and enjoy it, which is a rarity these days.

All the guys are real professionals, smart, highly qualified specialists, real personalities with a broad outlook, non-trivial approach to work, and a pleasure to deal with. I, as a recruiter, interact with the Leads of all departments, so I know what I am writing about firsthand :)
— I would also like to point out that everyone treats the development of the company as something of their own, personal — it is very inspiring and motivating to do the same! Apparently, this is due to the proximity of co-founders with all the guys :)
— It is probably very hard to find a more loyal and understanding company to its employees: in fact every person here has a separate approach and a separate solution

It was a great pleasure to work here on data scientist position. The Job interview I had was in conversational manner and not intense. After the interview I received a quick response which is a great advantage.
