To achieve ambitious goals, we’re seeking a User Acquisition Manager with experience in the crypto exchange business.

Your mission:

· Create and execute a strategy to drive signups/registrations and traffic for company products and communities;
· Drive day-to-day engagement and acquisition operations mindful of the long-term strategy;
· Coordinate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and goals;
· Understand our user’s needs and effectively translate messaging to engage and acquire new users through a variety of channels;
· Inspire, collaborate, and propel external partners to influence and promote across external channels;
· Manage paid channels and paid spending to drive conversions and reduce CPA;
· Optimize target page conversions and activation conversions;
· Prepare insightful analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis;
· Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:

· Proven cases on the crypto market (tokens/exchanges/web3/crypto fintech) will be a big plus;
· At least 2 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in performance marketing;
· Writing proficiency, communication skills, and ability to understand the target user’s needs, challenges, and motivations;
· English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above;
· Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
