Our team is looking for Head of customer support. We believe that it will be a person whos passion is to provide the best support for customers, person who like to solve clients problems and happy doing this.
Main goals and challenges of this role:
• To build a support department from scratch for FinTech product
• To provide customer support by phone and chats by his/her own at the start of project.
• To create the scripts and templates for different support channels.
• To hire support team (with full support of our HR department)
• Organize and manage 24/7 support team, including building processes, onboarding, training and maintenance
• Workflow optimization and automation
• Analyze and monthly report to the top management
• Work closely with our development team to help resolve customer issues
• An excellent level of written and spoken English (not lower than advanced)
• Written and spoken German — intermediate+ — not obligatory but highly desired
• Advanced literacy and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in international customer support — preferably in FinTech domain
• Experience as team lead/ head of support
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to quickly solve crisis and extraordinary situations;
Will be a plus:
Experiance of developing or scaling customer support team abroad.
